Meet Dreamy Kiwi

Hi, I’m the creator behind DreamyKiwi! My peptide journey started after being diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and discovering GLP-1s, prescribed by my doctor, while taking control of my health. After getting my diabetes into remission, I became curious about other peptides, started sharing my personal experiences on TikTok, and unexpectedly found myself building an amazing community around it.

Today, I share my journey, along with the companies, products, sales, and discount codes I discovered along the way. I’m still learning and researching right alongside everyone else, and I love being able to share what I find!

Peptides can feel like a lot at first. Here’s where I’d start.

What are peptides?

Peptides are short chains of amino acids, the same building blocks that make up proteins. Your body makes many of them naturally, and scientists study others to learn how they work in the body.

How I pick a company

My rule: every company I share is third-party tested and ships from the US. When you’re comparing companies, look for:

  • Testing from an independent lab, with the results (a certificate of analysis, or COA) available for you to see.
  • A COA that matches the batch or lot number on what you receive.
  • US shipping, so you know where your order is coming from.
  • A good reputation in the community, with real reviews.

Supplies checklist

These are the basics I keep on hand:

  • Syringes
  • Alcohol prep pads
  • Bacteriostatic water, for reconstitution
  • A storage organizer to keep everything together in the fridge

That’s really all you need to start. Everything else, like label makers, travel cases and cute organizers, is a fun extra, not a requirement.

Outside resources I find helpful

These guides are from another website. I didn’t write them and don’t check them, and they aren’t medical advice. Always do your own research and talk to your doctor.
